Are these injections a replacement for weight loss medication?
No. Proline, Vitamin C, and MIC are adjunct therapies intended to support patients who are already on medically supervised weight loss treatment. They are not stand-alone weight loss remedies and are not a substitute for prescription medication, diet, or exercise.
How often are these injections given?
Frequency depends on your individual weight loss plan and is determined at your consultation. Many patients receive these injections at their regular weight loss medication visits.
Can I combine more than one injection at the same visit?
Yes. Multiple injections can be combined in the same visit. The add-on discount applies to each injection added to a weight loss medication appointment.
How much do the injections cost?
Each individual injection (Proline, Vitamin C, MIC, or Vitamin B12) is $20, and drops to $10 when added to a weight loss medication visit in the same appointment. The MIC and Vitamin B12 combination, sometimes called a skinny shot, is normally $40; current specials are on our promotion page.

Is there downtime?
No real downtime. You can return to normal activities the same day.
Where do you source these supplements?
Vitamin C and MIC are purchased from a compounding pharmacy. Proline is also a compounded amino acid preparation. Compounded products are prepared to specific clinical specifications rather than being commercially manufactured off-the-shelf.
