A few important business policies for guests of Wellness & Longevity Medical PC.
- On-time arrival. Wellness & Longevity does not have a No-Show charge policy. All guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.
- Scheduling implies agreement. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our policies, including the right of the medical provider to determine candidacy for services.
- Provider’s right to refuse services. It is a privilege to see every client at Wellness & Longevity, but providers do reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, requests that may compromise safety, be against the provider’s medical judgment or business policy, or display unreasonable behavior.
- No guarantees on treatment results. Every effort is made to administer medications and treatments to clients in good faith. However, the results of any aesthetic or wellness treatments are not guaranteed, and no verbal or written warranties are made by Wellness & Longevity practice regarding one’s satisfaction with the results of treatments.
- No refunds. There are no refunds promised or issued for any products or medications administered, or healthcare provider exam charges, as these are considered non-refundable, and/or rendered in full.
