What Is the Skinny Shot?
MIC (methionine, inositol, and choline) combined with vitamin B12 in one quick injection, supporting fat metabolism, liver function, and energy. Full details are on our Weight Loss Support Injections page, or just ask our provider at your visit.
Ongoing Savings
Weight management
The $100 provider exam is waived when you buy $150 or more in medications or supplements at your first visit. That keeps the cost of getting started low for people who need medical care for their weight.
Botox
The $100 provider exam is waived on purchases of $350 or more.
Testosterone, continuing care
From your second year on, the annual exam fee is waived if your labs are current and your treatment has continued without gaps.
Injections added to a weight-loss visit
Any single supplement injection (glutathione not included) drops to $10 when added to a weight-loss medication visit in the same appointment.
These have no end date. They apply whenever they fit your visit, and you do not need to ask for them. The provider exam is charged as usual for nutrient and antioxidant injections on their own.

Your first visit
One charge, one time, whichever service brings you in. It covers a full hour with the provider and the interpretation of any labs. See Ongoing Savings above for when it is waived.
Weight management
The lab fee is paid directly to the laboratory, not to us, and includes interpretation of your results.
Nutrient and antioxidant injections
These are quick shots into the muscle, not IV drips. On Thursdays through September 24 the skinny shot is $25, see the offer above.
Hormone therapy
Laboratory testing and prescribed medication are separate costs. You choose a low-cost direct-access lab such as JustLabs or DirectLabs and pay them directly, usually far less than insurance-billed bloodwork, and any prescription is filled at your own pharmacy. No insurance billing.
Aesthetics
Botox visits start at $175 regardless of how few units are used. A typical microneedling course is 3 to 4 sessions.
