Medical Director

Our Medical Director is a native Californian, he grew up in Folsom in the 1950s and early 1960s, and received his Medical degree from the University of Mexico in Mexico City. He proceeded to complete general surgery and plastic surgery fellowship in North Carolina. He enjoyed a busy practice for over 30 years in CA in the area of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Nowadays, Dr. Nava continuously takes CME courses in both of his professional fields, keeps a regular schedule with clinic rounds, and occupies himself as a Hospital Chaplain. He is a devout family man, and currently takes studies as a Lay Missionary. He enjoys taking fitness and nutrition classes, and he teaches his own wellness classes as well! His favorite saying is: “As long as you are learning something new everyday, you are alive – stop learning and moving, you might be dead”.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Board-Certified

Olga is a self-described “old country nurse”, who has been a registered nurse in CA since 1992 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She completed her nursing education in Europe, where she worked as a cardiology nurse. She took and passed her Nursing Board Exam in CA in 1992, and later she practiced in CA Central Valley, Bay Area, and in Sacramento in acute and chronic settings. She pursued her graduate education in Sacramento, and received her Nurse Practitioner credential, and Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Since then she practiced in the areas of internal medicine, family practice, urology, weight loss, aesthetics, and functional medicine. She believes in truly getting to know her patients, and tailoring each treatment to their personal goals. Outside of work, Olga enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and sharing life’s adventures with her husband, and family. Her favorite saying is Anton Chekhov’s quote from “Uncle Vanya” “In a human being everything should be entirely beautiful: the face, the clothes, the soul, and the thoughts”.
